Pearls are the ultimate symbol for wisdom. Valued for their calming effects, pearls represent serenity, while being able to strengthen valuable relationships and convey a sense of safety. Pearls also symbolize purity, as well as integrity and loyalty.

Silver is a precious metal and, like gold, often symbolizes riches and wealth. Silver is believed to be a mirror to the soul, helping us to see ourselves as others see us. It also represents hope, unconditional love, meditation, mystic visions, tenderness, kindness, sensitivities, and psychic abilities.

During the firing process, the organic binders burn away and the resulting silver particles "sinter", becoming denser and stronger. Once completely fired, the remaining piece is composed of 99.9% pure silver.

All photos are taken outdoors in daylight or indoors using daylight lighting. Colors may appear differently on different types of monitors. I have done my best to accurately portray the item.

Caring for Jewelry:

Surface Patina:
Some of my pieces have been treated with liver of sulfur to darken and add depth to surface details. Please take care when cleaning and avoid harsh cleaners that can remove this intentional darkening.

Silver Jewelry:
If your silver is oxidized put a small amount of dish soap and water on an old toothbrush and brush gentle (being very gentle around the pearls). If your jewelry has pearls, chain or stones you can shine them up using a polishing cloth.

Do not sleep, swim, shower or exercise in your jewelry.
